1.       We can say the state is both parent and child of law because laws are when country is. Without state it is not possible to establish law making and without law state laws are not existed. In both cases state depends on law making to exist with power and respect. Laws are the disciplines which prevent the people from violation to enhance the socialization among and between the people.  Laws are made by competent authorities in the society which are chosen by public through election system.
